Lily Glasson (she/her) works for a financial services technology consultancy with a background in sales, recruitment and delivery in digital transformation. Gemma Happe (she/her) has spent 11+ years working within fast-paced Tech companies: Google, Snap and today, Freetrade. She's passionate about customer centricity, organisation and the people around her; building her expertise and leadership skills within the Operations space.

Kayla thrives on culinary curiosity and finding the best kept travel secrets but you'll also just as easily find her parked in the sun with a friend-recommended book or comedy podcast.
