I'm Lily and I love people and problems!

Over last 10 years I have been a part of the IT services industry, focussed on business development, forming strategic partnerships with clients in the UK and Europe and helping solve critical business problems across various industries. 

I am passionate about helping organisations with their most business critical issues, shaping client challenges into outcome-focused technology solutions that are aligned to an organisation's business objectives, driving value and impact for my clients. Over the past few years, I've worked with people from teams from fortune 500 companies within financial services and other industries.

I am an advocate for having diverse teams as I know what it can mean to be one of the few women in the room. I believe that attracting diverse talent is important, but focus on retention is equally as vital.
